Welcome to the Pagewood Botany Football Club.

*For registration information for Under 5's to 11's (Born 2000 to 2007 inclusive) , boys and girls please Click Here.

The age you are turning in 2012 will be the age group in which you register.

Juniors: Under 12's to U18's - For players born between & inculding 1994 to 2000

Girls:    Under 12's to U18's -  For players born between & including 1994 to 2000

Seniors - Up to 1992

Every Wednesday commencing 15th February

REGISTRATION PROCESS FOR BOYS & GIRLS U12's to 18's

For new and returning players please complete parts 1 to 5 on the following form (PBFC 2012 Registration Form) and email it to pbfc_admin@optusnet.com.au so we can update your details on our system prior to attending registration day. If you are unable to email the form then print it off and bring it with you on registration day.

All new players are required to attend registration days in person to have their photo taken and complete required paperwork.  Original birth certificate or passport needs to be sighted

REGISTRATION PROCESS FOR SENIORS (Over 18's)

To register for a Senior Mens team (All Age, Over 35's, Over 45's or Premier League please contact Sean Fenton on 0400 341 898 or email sean_fenton@bat.com 

To register for Senior Womens team (Womens All age, Womens Over 35's) please contact Dave Booker on 0412 000 049 or email pbfc_admin@optusnet.com.au

FEES

The fees for the 2012 season are as follows.

Please note there is a $50 discount for the first sibling and a $100 discount for additional siblings. Dicounts apply to Juniors & Girls. Student discount do apply for Seniors

PAYMENT

Payment can be made via cheque, eftpos or credit card (Not American Express) on the day.

Please make cheques payable to: Pagewood Botany FC.

What does your registration pay for?

Your registration covers:

·     Insurance
·     Relevant ESFA, FNSW & FFA affiliation fees
·     Council ground hire
·     Electricity for ground lighting, canteen etc
·     Maintenance and other fees relating to the grounds
·     Purchasing of equipment such as balls, uniforms, trophies, training equipment etc

Registration fees do not cover our outgoings alone. We rely on fundraising, canteen sales (BBQ) and sponsorship to help cover our costs.
